Ferre Akbarpour, M.D. has been an expert in the field of anti-aging and immune system medicine for nearly twenty years. She is a well-known international speaker throughout the medical community and, in addition to her contributions in educating other physicians, she educates through her international television show for two hours every Saturday afternoon as well as publications in influential periodicals.

Dr. Ferre also maintains a thriving medical practice as Chief Medical Officer of the Orange County Immune Institute located in Huntington Beach, Southern California, attending to patients from all over the world suffering from a multitude of illnesses that are often difficult to diagnose and treat. Dr. Ferre Akbarpour, M.D. received her medical degree at Pahlavi University in Shiraz, Iran. She completed an Externship at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) Medical School and subsequently participated in a research program in the UCI Nephrology Department. She completed her Residency at the Long Beach Veterans Administration Hospital, California, in the Department of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Akbarpour has published numerous Journal articles and is an internationally respected expert on Women’s Medical Issues, Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS), Immune Diseases and Anti-Aging. She is co-author of Anti-Aging: The Quest to End Aging and Longevity-Alternative Medicine Guide. She is also Advisory Board Member Journal of Longevity.

Dr. Armen A. Shahbazian, M.D.


Armen A. Shahbazian, M.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist with over 30 years of experience in radiation oncology with a special emphasis on radiation implantation (brachytherapy). He is a Fellow of both the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American College of Radiology. Dr. Shahbazian has lectured to medical and professional groups throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

He is a respected authority on radiation oncology, brachytherapy procedures (the application of radioactive material directly to the tumor for a specific amount of time), and hyperthermia (raising the temperature of the treated site to enhance the effectiveness of the radiation). He is active in many professional organizations.

Dr. Shahbazian is the owner and director of Pacific Radiation Oncology Center (PROC), freestanding Radiation oncology center, where he has practiced since its inception in 1984.

At Pacific Radiation Oncology Center, he performs external beam irradiation, as well as interstitial and external hypothermia. Dr. Shahbazian is best known for his abilities in implant radiation oncologist performing Brachytherapy today.

Dr. Birbhal Bhaskar, M.D.

As co-founder of Medical Oncology Care Associates, Dr. Bhaskar completed his Bachelor's Degree in 1969 at the University of Rajasthan Medical School in Bikaner, India. Dr. Bhaskar fulfilled his residency training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and West Virginia University Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Bhaskar serves as Principal Investigator for a number of clinical trials and has chaired numerous Tumor Boards and Cancer Committees.

Along with his great sense of humor, patients find Dr. Bhaskar to be very caring and extremely knowledgeable and thorough in the care he provides them. He stays abreast of the latest treatment and technologies available to ensure his patients make the best informed choices possible for them.
